which would you recommend for a level- biology or physics?
I'm thinking of doing economics, geography and stats as well.

    Physics :yep:

    I'm doing both.
At GCSE I enjoyed Biology the most, but now (to me!) it's the worst science and Physics is definately my favourite by far :p:

But plenty of people disagree with me, so I'd go for whichever appeals most I guess

    Physics
But Biology seems to go better with the subjects you're doing.

I'd much prefer biology! I've taken it and my exam board is OCR, and tbh the exam wasn't THAT hard I always hated Physics though..

Biology (edexcel) is hell on Earth when you're learning it (and completely failing to retain any of it) but much better in exams if you've done a few days' revision before. Coursework is a right pain though.

I detest electrically stuff in physics, but I'm just about coping. The practical assessments (OCR) are annoying, but nowhere near as bad for time-devotion as biology coursework.

Biology is hell. The coursework is impossible to do well in. However, I have no experience of physics and my friends that do it say it's pretty boring.

Unless you want to do Medicine or a Biology-related course, Physics is much more respected than Biology imo, especially for courses like Maths, Engineering or Economics which seems to me like you're interested in at the moment.
