    Hello there,

    So for my "essay"; if one can call it that, I am writing a comparison between poverty in rural England and rural India.

    As is common with essay writing, I am having difficulties beginning. I know what the introductory paragraph should read, however, I am having trouble piecing it together.

    I want something along the lines of:

    A picturesque landscape full of rolling hills and the flutters of life. Rural England; throughout the decades, has held a romanticism over the urbanised Britons. However, not all is as it seems in our beauty scaces. Rural poverty is the hidden pain in Englands countryside.

    The above paragraph sounds crap and I am aware of that. I am merely trying to give you an idea of what I am looking for.

    I definitely want something in the paragraph that links urban England to its romanticism with the countryside.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Best I can do;

    Its good thanks.

    Is there anyway to get it more poetry?

    So that there is a little poetic sentence about the beauty of rural England / countryside?

    EDIT:
    TO both the above posters thank you very much for your attempts. However, you are both just rewriting what I wrote -_- I wanted something more poetic and original lol :P

    Rural England: a picturesque landscape abundant in rolling hills and the flutters of life. Throughout the decades it has held a certain romanticising charm over urbanised Britons. However, not all is as it seems in these most precious areas of natural beauty; rural poverty is the hidden pain in England's countryside.
