Ive been reading bits and pieces on here about HIIT and everyone seems to be recomending it, so i quite fancy giving it a go but im a bit clueless on it and wondered if anyone could recommend what I should do?
Im fairly fit... ive been a bit hit and miss with the gym recently because of final year university work so i wouldnt say im the fitest ive ever been either! I can probs run for bout 15 mins and then i start to struggle! Ive got six weeks left until easter holidays (my gym is annoyingly not near my home), and id like to get fit and tone up before then, and then keep the exercise going at home by running outside when the weather is hopefully better at easter!
Can anyone give me any advise? What should I start off doing? and increase too? Should i do HITT every time i go to the gym? or interchange it with long distance stuff?

30 seconds high intensity and 1 minute low intensity for ~10 times
For fat loss /stamina add it to your routine, best to seperate cardio and HIIT to different days though. If you prefer HIIT, do that more.. it's up to you. Best to mix it up imo.
