Motivation!! Why do you want to lose weight? watch

    to look good in photos, not a blob
    be similar size to my mates instead of "the big one"
    look better in clothes
    wear smaller clothes
    look better naked
    be more confident
    to see my face not so round
    flat belly
    less celulite
    legs that dont look like tree trunks
    and arms that dont look like legs!

    i think thats about it!!

    Weight didn't bother me at all until the end of last summer where I'd never seen myself so big, I was around 10 stones and 5ft 3, I just felt huge.

    Started college in August and the weight dropped off just from stair climbing alone daily. Was quite pleased with how I looked and realised how less tired out I was from hurrying places. Thought it was a good idea to stay fit and healthy so kept on exercising with the wii fit, if you do enough, it really does make a difference hahaha. Clothes look better and I feel so much more confident.

    Health implications, physical and mental.

    Knowing that I'm eating healthily and exercising regularly is a great way for me to come to terms with the shape I am. I notice that I perceive myself more positively as a result of exercising more.

    so that i still fit into my clothes! i also noticed my legs looked really chubby in a pic not so long ago and i have been snacking loads so really wanted to cut down on the snacks, just generally for my health.

    lost a few pounds i think and my size 8 skinny jeans fit comfortably again! but struggling to kick my addiction of chocolate bars

    I need to get toned not loose weight, I wish it was the other way round, I find toning hard work. id rather be a bigger size but look toned thatn small but wobbly-ish. although some wobbles are good on a woman!

    I'm not overweight (my BMI is about 21.8) but I'd like to lose 4/5lbs so I can comfortably wear size 8 clothes.

    Well done!

    I have lost 4lbs in a week which I am very happy about (1200 kcals a day) but I still have about 18 to go before I am the weight I want to be (just under 9 stone)

    -I just want a flat tummy and to look good in a bikini again
    -And to generally get fitter and healthier on the inside.
