I got 7A*s and 3A's, and at the same time got an A in English lit/lang and religious studies AS levels. I showed my teachers! They all thought I was stupid

I got one E in History but I thought I had taken an Art GCSE...turns out I didn't because I didn't register! Since when did you have to register for exams yourself?

The D I'm really ashamed of, the C is not too bad. I think I have too many Bs though, when I really wanted more As . But oh well, they're not bad anyway, I have a friend who wanted to go sixth form but couldn't because she didn't even get one C at GCSE

    5 A*'s, 4 A's, and 2 B's for GCSE.

Started going down hill - ABBC for AS level.

Continued downhill - BCC for A level.

Carried on much the same way at uni to start, terrible first year. Poor second year. Impressive final year. Finished on 2.1.

I was more than capable of better, I just never put enough effort in.

Ah, my AS's were pretty much idential, although ABCD! Disliked maths.
Just had my Janurary modules, confident of keeping my A, but who knows with the others.
I am just hoping that i will stop being so lazy for the summer.

Do you procrastinate/waste time/get distracted when should be revising?
I don't find homwork or coursework an issue, just revision.
And what did you do in your final year to improve?

I'm terrible for wasting time and procrastinating. I always leave everything too late too. And worst of all I never seem to learn.

For my final year I started talking to more people on my course and revising with them rather than on my own. It's much easier to keep on track and waste less time working in groups.

Just make sure you do well enough to get into the college/ sixth form you want to go to.. and also you get good grades in Maths and English.. as the better uni's have a certain requirement these GCSEs.

Oh good, i am pretty much starting my revision for the summer now using a similar schedule to someone else, so there is a better chance of sticking to it.

Shall see. Good luck with whatever you are doing now...
