I'm on the verge of failing english now...
at the end of year 9 we did a piece to go towards our gcse grade and I got a B whereas a year and a half later i'm on C/D
I really have no interest in the subject but I know I've got to atleast get a C :/

If you don't get C it will be hard to get a job, get a place on most courses in Uni .. i am facing the problems of that right now, and wish i had actually revised for the test, it don't even have to be a lot of revision ... just 10 or 20 minutes reading over notes etc will take you a long way (Y)

Remember its worth 2 GCSE's and thats kind off the most important gcse grade you will need. Most Unis expect you to have a B

    Well I hated science,
but the fact I needed it to do Psychology motivated me to revise etc.

Just think, if you don't pass even Burger King won't accept you.

Well, I sort of saw it as letting the ****** subject get the better of me if I were to do bad in it, which I obviously didn't want.

Think of your essays as your life, if you don't do well overall C/B minimum, endgame to be frank.

Quite simply, the thought that i'll never have to analyse a full stop in a poem as signifying the end of the world ever again is keeping me going
