I have been offered a place at three seperate universities, all for AAB.
This is completely attainable for me, however it is more likely to be an AAC now.
This is largely because of the fact that for most of year 13 i have had no teacher in my third subject (which I was not aware would happen), and there had been a huge amount of disruption in this department of the school.

Because this is so out of my control, is it possible to contact the universities, negotiate or discuss the matter with them, so that i may still be able to get a place at one of these unis?

I dont know if this is stupid question or not, but any advice would be appreciated

Could try it, better discuss these things now rather than it be an excuse later. In that situation they would in all likelihood be much less accommodating.

Your school needs to inform your firm and insurance choices of the issues with the teaching of your third subject, well in advance of the results being published. The unis may not take this information into account if you miss your offer, but then again they can't if they don't know about the problem in the first place. So make sure your Head of Year or referee writes to the uni/s and explains the situation.
