    For some reason, I am a very tense person who thinks too much.

    It affects my grades in physics...

    It is the cause of my erectile dysfunction...

    It is why I am inconsistent when I play volleyball...

    And it is why I stress myself out when I meet a potential partner.

    When I am performing best, it's because I am not thinking too much. But I would like to finally keep this consistent. I am sick of being the unpredictable vball player, or having crappy sex, or stuttering sometimes or being awkward around people etc.

    So, TSR, any advice? I already do exercise, listen to music, etc, but was wondering if anyone had any tips on how I can just... relax
