Ok. So over the last few month's, after the leisure centre closed for repairs funnily enough ¬_¬, i've been noticing a bit of fat making its way into my stomach area, and i now even have moobs, big annoyance. So, how to shed this weight! This is my draft diet plan, for an average week. Input and tips is what im after in this thread.
Breakfast: Porridge with a teaspoon of jam (Monday to Sunday)
Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich with fruit salad (Monday-Tuesday)
Chicken and beef salad with a mustard dressing (Wed - Thurs)
Beef and lettuce Sandwich (Friday)
Preferably some sort of salad (Saturday - Sunday)
Tea: Baked potato with tuna & mayo (Monday, Thursday)
Grilled steak mash potato and carrots (Tuesday)
Shepards Pie (Wednesday)
Beans on toast (Friday)
Some sort of meat with veg (Saturday and sunday)
Exercise: Since the leisure centre has now re-opened
Gym (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) 3/4 hour session
Swimming (Thursday and Sunday)
Tuesday and Saturday already taken up through prior
May you just keep in mind that this is just a draft. Could do with a few more ideas for the Tea meals but other than that i think i'll go ahead with it. No real sweet stuff in there, only "snack" i will be having will be some Jaffa Cakes from time to time.

You could do with some more fruit and veg. On Friday, the only vegetable you're having is a bit of lettuce! Maybe add some snacks in there to get enough- carrot sticks, celery, fresh/dried fruit... What about soups for lunch or tea?
