You know, the type where you feel like the entire world is against you and just you want to sleep until it's over. Where you snap at everyone and get paranoid that people are telling you porkies.

Or if you don't 100% get what I mean, bad moods in general. How do you get rid of that feeling and get back to normal?

    Sleep.
This. It provides an escape, and I seem to feel better when I wake up.

Close the blinds, put on some comfortable clothes, jump into bed and listen to my iPod. Family Guy, chocolate and masturbating also helps (although not at the same time).

sleep. read a book. listen to depressing music (if i want to wallow in misery). listen to angry music (if i want to vent a little). watch sad films so i have a reason to cry and get bad feelings out of my system a bit. moan to friends. annoy my little brother. etc.

i was in a horrible mood at the weekend but watched WALL-E and had a good sleep and felt a million times better the next day. sleep is probably the best cure really though.

    hope you feel better soon!

watch a feel-good movie like love actually, bridget jones' diary, or sliding doors.. should get you feeling better. Either that or go to sleep really early so you wake up not tired. It usually works, but the worst is if you wake up feeling just as miserable as when you went to bed :/ happened to me today *sob*
