    Yeah, but it's not even 90 mins to write it - if you do it the "proper" way that SQA advise, it's 5 mins planning time and 5 mins checking over which equals 20 minutes for both essays. So you've basically got 70 minutes!!

    (And I'm gonna start that maths paper now btw)

    Can anyone give me tips on an intro for a discursive essay? I currently have one written but the majority of it is questions, I'm not sure if this is right. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

    It was 65% last year! Engilsh is usually really low compared to other subjects. But then again that's the old higher so it might be different with the new one
