You are only looking at all the negatives. I'm sure you are a really nice person and you just have to be optimistic... plus most of the things you have listed can be changed. Its up to you to put the effort in!

Get out of bed and change yourself. Look towards the future. Say in about a year you'll aim to change at least one of those things about you, and keep saying it to yourself, and just do it!

Because if you get out of bed then you can actually find love, friends, a job.

To go to a gym & sort your life out. Life is what you make of it. If you give up, you give up, but no reason why that sorry-ass description has to stay true for more than a month. You want to make a change, start making it now.

    1. you have around 30 years minimum left on the planet, staying in bed would be rather boring methinks
    2. if youre obese and unhappy about it, staying in bed aint gonna help you lose wait, a trip to the local gym wouldnt go amiss
    3. you cant make friends (real friends, not internet buddies or f*k buddies) whilst lying in your bed, maybe join a gym, club, socialise more
    4. get a job love, people dont pay their taxes for you to sleep
    5. see point 4, i think it will help
    6. see point 4 and 5, make some money get a place of youre own, which cant be done in youre bed
    7. boo hoo diabetic, i know plenty of diabetics who get on with their lives perfectly fine, and point 7 seems to be the result of point to, so lose some weight and kill 2 birds with one stone!

The simple answer is that you don't have one.

Oh dear. Better go and find the reasons, or make the reasons. All everyone is doing in life is finding those reasons to live.

Because, unlike the victims of Haiti, you have a choice to change things while you can.

And you have freedom. freedom to make things better.

You can sort your life out if you really wanted to.
Eat healthy, exercise, join weightwatchers, cause there's a social side to that too. Join a club, or take on a new course. get yourself more educated if you can't get a job, or volunteer for somewhere.

Make yourself into the person you always wanted to be.
And you don't need a man/woman to be happy.

You have a good life, be grateful, positive thinking will get you anywhere.

Or keep on thinking negative... your choice.

Try voluntary work? People will be relying on you which should motivate you! And you can tie it in to a hobby, something you always wanted to try or something completely new. When I was feeling crappy, working a job with only a few hours a week, voluntary work helped me fill my time and stop feeling sorry for myself. It even introduced me to a career I might enjoy in the future. Good luck
