    It says this:

The status of your UCAS application has changed and you can view what has changed on the UCAS website www.ucas.com. If you have received a decision for all of your choices then you must reply to your offers.

If you have any queries, please contact the UCAS Customer Service Unit on 0871 468 0 468. If you are calling from outside the UK and cannot use this number, call 0870 11 222 11.
Have your Personal ID ready when you call.

Sorry but I don't know much about UCAS so wondering what this email means? I briefly checked on my UCAS application and I don't think anything changed...

It means you've got an offer/rejection.

You'll have an offer or rejection. Recheck.
If not, maybe one of them's changed the course.

It may just mean that a University you applied to has now given an offer for the application you placed with UCAS.

Did you check the 'apply' section instead of 'Track'? You should go on UCAS Track http://www.ucas.co.uk/students/track/

when i got this email it meant that i had received an offer (or a rejection) from a uni.. log into track see if you can see any changes, sometimes I would get an offer from a uni and it would show up on track but i would get an email like a week later or something saying that the status of my application had changed
