    Is it possible to go to Barcelona for the year abroad ?

    I know they speak Catalan there aswell as Spanish so would they not allow it ?

    If you intend to go through an Erasmus exchange, I think universities deliver courses in Catalan, so it may not be the best solution for you, but don't quote me on that, I might be completely wrong and maybe unis offer courses in Spanish :holmes:

    At my university you can only go on Erasmus to Barcelona if you have taken the module in catalan that they offer!

    Do you mean for uni or work? It's definitely possible to work there because almost all the work placements offered by my uni are in Madrid or Barcelona (not a good thing imo) but there's no mention of Catalan so I'm not sure it's essential.
