I always do set work and seminar questions , but a 'friend' always comes along and always manages to get the answers of me even though I keep telling myself that I've given him enough answers. What makes me even angrier is that he doesn't actually understand the content of the work and never attends lectures or attempts the work yet waits for somebody (Me or other classmates) who has the answers to give to him. I'm finding it difficult to tell him 'NO' ... anyone in a similar situation?

It's his life, if you can't sort it out and he won't listen to your pleadings for him to stop be lazy then you just have to leave it at that.

He'll get enough shocks down the line when exams come about, which should sort him out.
