Nope, can't say I really care. People who judge others by their facebook profiles annoy me more as they have too much time on their hands that they actually notice and care. Some people may just prefer to go out for a quiet drink with close freinds and not feel the need to take endless pictures for the sake of facebook.
yh your absoloutely right! Spot on, i realised recently all my friends have camera's with them each time we go out,? Pathetic to be honest taking pics for the 'sake' of fb

I don't like my facebook to be cluttered. When people tag me in photos, I save them to my computer and then untag myself. I have about 13 tagged photos. I also don't join groups or play that fish or that farm game. The only thing I really do is update my status a maximum of 5 times a day. I also try to keep my friends ot a minimum of: real friends; people in my lessons; people from abroad that I want to keep in contact with.

I haven't been on facebook since the day I made my profile.

Can't be arsed and I can keep in touch by text etc

Will start using it before I head off to uni though.

Do you judge people who don't have many comments, photos or anything on facebook as not having much of a social life? Say if you went to school with someone who was quiet and unpopular and years later you add them on facebook to discover no one had tagged them etc would you think they were a bit of a loser? I mean what other explanation could there be if no one has tagged/put a picture up of them?
Maybe because they don't hang out with people who take pictures every 5 seconds.

I used to be like this about a year ago, but I've matured since then  and now I don't even look at other profiles that much, I just take a quick glance over my home page. It's stupid to judge people based on their profiles - my friend is one of the most sociable people I know, going out pretty much every other night, yet he "only" has 100 or so friends and "only" about 20 photos.

I looked on one of my friend's profiles, and they had about 1000 friends and 4400 pictures. :lolwut:

I however have 100 photos. :innocent:
4400- that is insane. Are the pictures of them or do they have lots of 'Best friends forever', 'my 2009 year', etc: spam pictures?

I have 100 pictures, also- though i don't let people see them

P.S. I've edited my last post quoting your reply as a 'case study'.

Well I don't have many pictures of me on facebook since I do not like to see myself when I've been out. They are all bad pictures, so this does not mean someone is a 'loser'
There are some photos where I'm like 'did you have to tag those'. :o:

I can't be bothered to waste my life uploading photos to facebook, let along tag them and leave comments on peoples pages. I only have one because it was forced upon me.

Does spending my life in the real work and not facebook world make me a loser? I don't think so. I think it makes me a winner.

I despise people who think that the number of photos they're tagged in is some sort of reflection of how active their social life is. Same goes with friend count.

This. My Facebook profile is deliberately bare, so I don't allow photos or wall posts.

At the weekend, I'm always out till late, and during the week, working full time. I have loads of friends, but my Facebook is really bare, just because I rather keep in touch with people I genuinely am friends with in other ways. e.g. phone, text, MSN or you know.. real life

The more stuff on your facebook profile the more of a loser you are tbh. I absolutely HATE people who take pictures ONLY to put them up on facebook. Its like they have to prove thier existence to everyone else. Noone cares about what you did last night. You idiot.

I sampled the pages of photos, and they all appear to be genuine. This guy is clearly some kind of... party... beast. And it's actually over 4600 photos

Most of my pictures suck, tbh.

    P.S. I'm honoured. :flutter:

Not at all, I don't understand taking photos on random nights out. Fair enough on someone's birthday but not a "Hey, it's Thursday lets go out and show the world we're pissed" album of 200+ photos.

Probably not, i've seen people who are wasters and always in, but have many tagged photos of minor events, or events over years ETC always collecting and shiz...and people you'd think of as popular, going out alot with not that much on there.

People use facebook for different things - you can go out and have a social life without taking your camera and uploading photos. Or indeed uploading said photos to facebook. I never take my camera anywhere so have been out loads of times where nobody else has one either... But sometimes you get tagged in pictures when someone does take one out. Not much more to it.

i think ALL the cool peopl don't have facebook, or are never on it.
Only cause theyre out living their lives and socialising. then all the 'losers' sit on facebook all day and night attempting to cyber socialise.
i'm one of those losers. dont get me wrong i enjoy facebook, but i find the really nice popular people rarely go on it, they find it too boring.
