    @OP: I think roll-on (forget what it's called...) deodorant works better than aerosol anyway. I really recommend Sure products.

    I used to be really self-concious of smelling bad, so I took like, three showers a day. Got over it though; no I can go for days without bathing .

    It's what your eating stop or cut down eating so much spicy food like curries and fast food. Have loads of fruits and veg and drink 2 liters of water a day.
