Choreography. watch

    • Thread Starter

Out of curiosity does anybody else find it extremely to hard to choregraph a routine for a set song?
I am currently in the process of doing some choreography for ' Dancing through life' from the musical Wicked and not only am i stuck for ideas but im also having to choreograph for adults that have not had much dance experience before.

Any ideas or a share of experience would be much appreciated.
    Thank you in advance

I'd be suprised if you get many ideas on here.

Try searching for that song on youtube or something maybe?

Whenever I want to choreograph, I look at lots of youtube vids of that style of dance, learn moves, then mix it all up so it fits the piece of music I'm using. What do you do when you freestyle? Just do that. If you're choreographing, surely you're advanced enough to know lots of moves to be able to play about with.

Do you agree with the proposed ban on plastic straws and cotton buds?
