For the first time that I can remember, Google have released a dodgy dev channel version of Chrome :pierre:

I can't really complain, because it's the dev channel, but still. Crashes every 5 minutes
wow :lolwut: probably some novice coder submitting a dodgey patch to the Chromium repository and it getting merged accidentally...

They fixed it now anyway, but it was pretty dire for about 24 hours.

However.. extension syncing for the absolute win! :teeth: Chrome is miles ahead of Firefox now.

Chrome takes you to websites faster than Firefox though :awesome:

Anyway, desktop and laptop :ta: One step further towards them acting exactly the same with minimal effort :yep:

    :fyi: No time

After exams I might. The list of things I want/need to do at 5pm on Friday is as long as my arm

The firefox 4.0 pre-alpha snapshots are looking pretty good actually.

And chrome may be miles ahead, but a dev could just take the Chrome code, re-code it to make it better then add it to Firefox

It's what they're doing for the FF4 Javascript engine. That said, I'm going to stick with FF4 if their 64-bit browser is up to the task and has some solution about rendering webpages in 32-bit mode if necessary (i.e. if no flash is present).

EDIT: Also, 2 more to go, then I'm free for the summer. Glad that my first Physics didn't go south, it seemed to be better than I thought it was going to be. C4 was OK, though mucked up the last part question. Now all I've got is the last part of Physics and FP2, both which I've been so close to getting full marks in every mock I do, so looking positive for BBB, if not ABB.

The end of exams is rapidly approaching, only five days to go :teeth: Tuesday's exam is looking quite positive too, actually.
