My friend, his phone when anyone rings it plays the A-Team theme tune instead of the normal "ring ring" tune. Anyone know how/what that is, he doesn't know how he done it himself.
The ringtone might have been part of a theme he got from a website?

I looked at it and wondered if it was trying to tell me something by wanting to change language to pirates. In the end I opted against it - normal english inspires more confidence than an antivirus in piratespeak

A spokesperson said that 99% of homes could now get broadband, leaving an estimated 160,000 lines "where excessive line length means broadband won't work"
Being among that 99% means sod all. I can get broadband, but with frequent cut outs, deathly slow speed and living in an area where no provider can be bothered with LLU, it can hardly be called broadband at all

See, a few years ago, I was smart and changed all the shortcuts for Internet Explorer to point to Firefox on my family's computers. I was sick of them getting totally raped by ActiveX malware so I thought I'd give them the illusion of still using Internet Exploder but force them to actually use Firefox. I found their response quite amusing...

Wow, this new version of Internet Explorer is really snazzy!

Owner of userscripts.org (de-facto greasemonkey script repo) wants to pass on the torch to someone else. This is a major thing.
But then the operator of cydia (one of the major players in jailbreaking iDevices) is potentially interested? - http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=1577571
