Anyone know of a program I can use as an EQ for Windows? I've seen the Realtek driver has one built in but I'm looking for alternatives.

I know, I don't see the point in having that stupid little bit on the sidebar of instant updates. The only reason I still have a Facebook account is because none of my friends have bothered to move over to Google+.

I'm beginning to think that Google+ is destined to fail.

Although most of the new (visual) features just added to FB (excl the Ticker) were direct rips from G+, many people will have seen them first on FB and will be underwhelmed when/if they ever come across G+.

Google needs to make G+ feel different (again) and seriously ramp up promotion before FB can emulate them if they want to make any more substantial impact.

Nope. You can post something to one person alone. Just type their name into the "Add circles or people to share with..." bar and it will notify them of the post.

Mindblowing. Would be more mindblowing if it was written one character a time from the start, but it's still impressive.

"Practical experiments show monkeys have poor keyboard skills"

I found that amusing to read.

Love the dry humour in the last paragraph.
Also in 2003, Paignton Zoo carried out a practical test by putting a keyboard connected to a PC into the cage of six crested macaques. After a month the monkeys had produced five pages of the letter "S" and had broken the keyboard.
