Sex should be kept for a loving relationship. That's my theory. Casual f*uckers, well I hope your enjoy your STDs.

You don't have to respect everybody. If you don't respect them fine, don't do what they do. Problem solved.

I agree with the OP. I try not to judge my friends who do this but I really do! Two of my friends have never had sex sober, which I find very sad. I don't know if they're insecure or desperate or just find that alcohol acts like viagra for them.

Why put yourself at risk for STIs, HIV or an unwanted pregnancy because you don't remember if you used a condom of not?! People don't even seem to consider the risk of rape or violence. I don't think it's the norm - but not for lack of some people trying!

How sweet of them. I'm bitter as my ex is now a casual f*ucker. I think my judgement is slightly clouded.

But yeah, that condom/pill/injection/whatever is going to slip sooner or later.

I wouldn't say so. If it was the norm, it wouldn't be referred to as promiscuity. Maybe ity's just the clubs you go to?

What happened to the more authentic type of courtship?
Nightclubs aren't the place to look for it...

Still you shouldn't insult people just because they choose to have a different lifestyle from yourself. Insulting someone because they like to sleep around is just as bad as insulting someone for being gay or being jewish. Don't do it.

I think the norm is to do whatever the hell you feel like, which fairly often is promiscuity.

Errrmmm... easily? Just because you cant remember doesnt mean you wernt having a wicked time on the night.

Can you remember all your childhood holidays etc? Doubt it. Does that mean they cant have been good times? Doubt it.
Childhood holidays are a little bit different to getting off your face and sleeping with anything that moves. People seem to like doing it, but for me, I much prefer to know what's happening around me and not look a complete ****...well more of a **** than usual anyway.

I'd say it's pretty much the norm, but I don't think that that's such a bad thing. It's just sex, it's not like it's some sacred or holy act or something. As long as the person does it safe, where's the problem?

I'm more inclined to disapprove of the copious alcohol consumption :p: That causes far more trouble than sex.
    Agreed.

Mmm probably because, if the person you're with has been with heaaaaaps of people, why would you feel special? :dontknow: Which is what you feel in a good relationship

And....haha I don;t know what I would define as promiscuous! I think we all know someone like that though :awesome: Like, you just know that they get around a bit toooo much.
