Hi, i;m a student form abroad. i had my gcse history mock last week, i thought i knew the knowledge,, but i got 59%! my teacher is not very helpful!

how could i improve to get A in history!

i feel like i'm short of exam technic as well as writing skill

The best thing to do is practice the exam. Try and get hold of some past papers (you can normally find them on the exam board's website if your teacher doesn't have any) and a copy of the mark scheme. The mark scheme's really useful because you know exactly what the examiner's looking for and can tailor your answer accordingly.

The more questions you do, the easier it is to do well. Often, examiners are looking for specific things that you might not cover if you haven't been told about them (which again is why it's good to have the mark scheme).
