    Drink 2ltr water
    Eat your 5 a day
Cleanse, Tone & Moisturise twice daily (it's not gay! Just don't tell your guy friends...)
    Exercise, wash face after exercise
Try to reduce stress in life
Go to the doctors and get antibiotics if you have acne

    Should sort it out x

Don't put crap on your face. I have perfect skin, never had a single spot and have perfect smooth, supple skin that glows. Here is the secret:

    Wash face with warm water
    Wipe with clean white towel
Splash face with extremely cold water
    Wipe with another clean towel
apply thin film of Vaseline Gold Cocoa butter
    repeat 2 x per day

Toning just makes your pores close up more but you can just splash cold water on your face to close your pores.
I've been using soap and glory facemask for a few days and it's worked on my annoying spot.
And no it's not gay for a guy to use a face mask.
Didn't I ask you about it a few days ago? I think I'm gonna buy the wipes (they have the same active ingredient)

There is no secret to clear skin. There is no one cause of acne, you have to find what is causing your acne.

When you have a shower/bath use one of these http://www.boots.com/en/Sanctuary-Body-Polisher_38282/ with something like http://www.boots.com/en/Botanics-org...-200ml_641913/ (put the shower gel onto the puff thing before start using it). Use the puff thing in circular motions, it should help get rid of any dead skin/dirt & so prevent spots

    or
    something like
http://www.superdrug.com/Body-Scrub/...ML/invt/457469 will do the same thing.
Personally I think the first option is far easier and much less hassle but they both have a similar effect
