Interlocutory Appeal???
Hey, I've recently been given some questions as part of one of my modules and one of the questions is asking about 'Interlocutory Appeal" and we have not even touched on this, I have found a few things on the internet but they make it sound confusing, so if anyone has any ideas it would be a great help!

Its an Appeal of a decision made by before the main trial has concluded. Judges may make decisions before the end of proceedings on all sorts of things - e.g. procedural matters ("I want more time to file my defence" ) and jurisdictional matters ("I don't think you have jurisdiction over me" ).
