google the websites for the following exam boards:

    abrsm

lcm (london college of music if this rings any bells regarding the london question)

    trinity guildhall

They're the main exam boards for classical piano diplomas and of course teaching diplomas.

In short, ABRSM is more difficult than Trinity because you have to talk about your pieces and answer in depth questions for a while, and you have to do a sight reading piece with 5 minutes preperation time. All of this is on top of doing a roughly 30 minute programme and programme notes for it.

Trinity you only have to do the performance and programme notes.
