Sorry for the **** camera angle, how far off parallel do you guys think this is??

This is almost as low as I can go and I'm **** at judging how deep I am without a mirror ~~

As for excuses of the poor show... I was hungover still... fairly bad session ~~ I managed to fail on 105kg 8th rep as I lost focus lost balance... bad times (after getting easy triple at 142.5kg.... thought 105 would be a piss take)

I would have said you need to go a bit deeper. Just lower the weight if your finding it difficult.

Doesn't look far off there, but the angle does really make it tough.

Maybe a bit deeper, but try and provide a side on view for a more accurate response.

I'd say it's about 13° off parallel ±3° so I think you should go a bit deeper.

go deeper, but its certainly not the worst squat I have seen. You need to arch a bit more as it seems you're offsetting too much of the strain onto your lower back.

Looks a little high, but the back looks fine to me. Try shoving your knees out more to hit depth; really shove'em out hard on the descent.

BTW, you go to a pussy gym.

What do you mean exactly? My back was pretty arched (outwards) not sure I could arch is anymore that way.... or am i totally missing the point?

And yes I know it wasn't deep enough, need to figure out how to get the depth

How do you mean shove them out, like outside the toes? Atm I'm following the line over my toes (or trying). I will try this next time though on low weight and review. And I thought I knew a lot about squatting ¬¬, time to go back to the drawing board.

I think it's the angle; it looks like your knees were slightly inside your toes. I can't really tell much from this. Find me next time you see me (I don't think I'd be able to recognise you if I saw you again, though you're probably the only oriental squatting heavy there) and you can use my eyes.

I've convinced and taught about 4-5 other people how to squat and generally what to look out for when I squat. Have you got any training partners there?

Also, maybe your stance is a little wide; that would make depth a little harder to get to.

Oh, and I ******* hate that rack. There's an uneven spot on the floor right under your left foot. I keep forgetting to tell them.

The ironic thing is that I've taught people how to squat high bar and front, but since I've switched I've become a bit of a weight whore... need to review my training goals once I get 180 to parallel. (I used to do strict high bar ATG but completely forgot how it works ¬¬, I can still front squat ATG tho)

And training partners... not really I mean there are guys I go gym with sometimes but nothing consistent... hard to find people dedicated to go every session and not miss one.

Also I thought wide stance and pushing the knees out are all what your supposed to be doing for low bar??

    I was following this:

    http://www.tmuscle.com/free_online_a...uat_900_pounds

I mean I'll try "spreading the floor" and pushing the knee's out, might help. Also you train way to early dude... my CNS is probs still sleeping wen ur lifting :P

The other rack is a bit **** as well, I don't trust the supports... I swear some people fail and the rack just derails and the guy is left ******. The other rack is a bit [email protected] too.

Ps where is our new barbell? I noticed I got some bar flexion on these... but a new oly bar would be sick!
