Has anyone else gone straight into 2nd year?

It's great for me because I'm self funding so it's one year less I have to pay for but I do worry I'll be at a disadvantage! I'll be the 'new one' and people might not talk to me much! I worry that I'll be behind academically too. I mean the reason I have 2nd year entry is that I already have a degree, but in a different subject so I might struggle!

    Any tips? Advice? Stories?
