    during the LONG LONG break between semesters, can you claim unemployment benefit, even though you get full student finance?

    no, but you can IMMEDIATLY apply at the end of your course, like litrally one day after your finals...lol

    no you cant, unless you tell them you have no intention of going back to college/uni which would be fraud

    no. Basically because your student finance is meant to cover the whole year. That's why you get less in your third year because it doesn't cover the holiday after which is why you can then apply for jsa.
