    Its maths.

    \frac{3x-1}{(1-2x)^2} = \frac{A}{(1-2x)} + \frac{B}{(1-2x)^2} \ where \ x\not=\frac{1}{2}

    Find A and B

    So I did 3x-1 = A(1-2x) + B(1-2x) but I can't find anything to sub in to find these
    :beard: so when you start off, it becomes...

    3x-1 = A(1-2x) + B

    then you'd put in different values, e.g. x = 1, and x = 0

    then you'd get a pair of equations of A and B, then you can find A and B from those

    i think...

    Should be:

    3x-1 = A(1-2x) + B

    Ermm...I accidentally submitted my student finance, and looking through it, it says I haven't applied for a tuition loan, which I need. And now I can't edit the form as it's being "assessed". WHAT DO I DO?

    You should check that line again, Loz. Remember that you're multiplying both sides by (1-2x)^2 so you won't get anything multiplying the B

    Your gonna have to ring them up and say that you would like to check wat you applied for, and if not then you would like to add the tutition loan onto your application.

    Toby had that problem, he didn't add a mantanance loan on, but he rang them and he got it sorted.

    Phone them up blud. I've had my loan changed after it's been assessed. They basically just repeat the process again.
