    I've just worked out your Z value and got the same as Max got. I believe this to be correct

    Oops I meant -2.15 but that doesn't make a difference. Ok, I'll look up the value on my table

    Max's value for Z is correct, as I've worked it out and got the same value. You needed to do Z= \frac{108-100}{20} I have no idea where you got 65 from
