    How stressful? :s:

Only case that I can think where that would be the case would be agrophobia

I'm not sure how to describe it, and I'm not exactly why I find it stressful but I do.

But when I went shopping with my parents yesterday, I was fine, so it must be whatever's between being in my room and being outside that I find stressful?

Or maybe it's all the people?

I think that's why I don't like going outside :erm:. But once I'm outside, I'm fine after a few minutes. But for the first few minutes I'm like :afraid:, sort of. It appears to be the root of my problems.

I don't think so! But sometimes I fear embarrassing myself in some way in front of people. Especially my neighbours. :ninja: :dontknow:

:hugs: Thats probably what it is then. But if I starts to really cause problems like panic attacks and that then I'd talk to someone about it.
