    I resat M1. Jan 09 ****** me up. :no: June 09 was a breeze in comparison, but all the cool kids who were doing M1 for the first time were like :emo: afterwards. :ahee:
    Jan 09 was a *****.
    June 09 was ok but it was still quite hard I thought. The first question :facepalm: I just completely flopped and it stuck throughout the whole exam.
    You should try the OCR MEI June 09 M2 paper.
    It's seriously just...mad. It was something like 49/75 for an A.

    I'm stuck again :emo:

    A boy, mass 40kg goes down a straight slide of length 5m, inclined at 20o. Friction is involved.

    My calculated acceleration was 3.02ms-2

    Whats his speed at the bottom of the slide?

    I'm so sorry and I know it's mean but I lol'd so hard at this! :rofl:

    Although in all honesty I probably would have screwed up M1 had I taken it anyway. Fortunately, I didn't have to do M1. :borat:

    As long as you've got the accel right:

    \mathrm{v = u + at}

    Do you have his speed at the top? Maybe they say he's starting from rest?
    Then you can use v^2=u^2+2as?
