    again

    she is 5'2 and 90kg

i doubt she has the strength to move her own BW even on her knees

give her some credit for doing this, minor as it may seem to you, it does have some impact

    i could

**** loads for someone who is 5"2.
I'm 6"2, relatively muscular, and I'm not quite 90kg. (Haven't weighed myself in a while to be fair)

Yeah well I´m 7´, green and weigh 400kgs. E-stats. 90kg is very much within the realms of possibility.

Surely your weight would factor into why you can't do proper ones as well.

if you're that big, why the hell are you bothering with pushups (that you can't even do). Run!! make excuses all you want, but the only way you can seriously lose weight is by heavy cardio + strict diet. Doing 15 'wall-pushups' isn't going to do ****.

load of crap, the best way to lose weight is by weight lifting, heavy weight, low reps

    of course cardio works aswell

and who said i wanted to lose weight, maybe i want to maintain my weight

    good one.

btw: the reason you aren't doing cardio is because you are lazy.

I'm making said assumptions based on:
"well no because i prefer to exercise at home while watching TV/listening to spotify"

unless you are wealthy enough to own a treadmill (which I doubt), I don't see how you could be doing intensive cardio at home.

ok or a waste of time?

i cant do them on my toes nor on my knees, against a wall is the only way i can do them, so yeah are they a waste of time doing them like that?
That's perfectly fine. Just keep doing them against the wall. And if you want to achieve something, don't be lazy and do a bit more every time. You will be able to do them normally on the ground after a while.
