I always get a mix of answers, I'm just sort of indifferent as to what I want. The only thing is that the blonde does damage to my hair, and I have to get it done often because of dark roots. But I don't know if the brown hair is a bit dull.

Suppose I could be blonde for summer then brunnette for winter lol.
Isn't there a blonde shade you can go without the amonia (that's the stuff that damages it right?) that's what my mum did.

I always love brunettes best...you so lucky that's your natural colour haha! :p:

I know what you mean about brown hair feeling dull! I was exactly the same as you, natural brunette but went blonde for years and then finally went back to brown.

Personally, since your eyebrows scream brown, I think you should steer away from all over blonde. I just hate the mismatch, and it might be a personal opinion which nobody else cares about but hey, you asked

Have you ever tried a really drark brown? It's so much better than regular brown, doesn't feel dull... if that makes sense? Or try a really colourful brown. I don't mean one that's verging on red but just a really rich brown, as far away from medium as you can get. Or perhaps you could compromise and go for a really light brown, something that sits just more towards brown than blonde? You could have brown hair and have flashes of bonde put through... although this is a bit '10 years ago' But definitely experiment

Do you have a friend who is a good hairdresser? (Not training or scared of voicing her opinion ) My friend is an awesome stylist and whenever I want a change I go to her and she decides. She knows me really well so knows what has and hasn't worked in the past and also has a good idea of what I like so I always end up coming out really different... but it always suits me.

Good luck and have fun whatever you do!
Yeah I know what you mean about my eyebrows! That used to annoy me alot.

I have tried really dark brown, but it seems to fade so quickly! I've even had black hair, but I don't think that suited me.

I don't really want flashes of blonde, purely because I'm scared of the clash and it looking "brassy" if you get me? I'm even thinking of going red all over, but that could fade to an orangey-brown colour.

I don't have any hairdresser friends! My hairdresser is pretty cool though and usually is blund and just tells me how it is, but obviously he makes more money if I'm blonde as I need it done so often, so he favours that lol.

either blonde or darker brown (but not dark enough that it could be mistaken for black)

Hmmm I'm not sure! I always have to have my hair bleached because it's so dark naturally, and that seems to damage it quite alot.

Don't get me wrong, I like my brown hair, and I like it blonde. I just get bored of my natural colour so easily!

This is what I do Stops you getting bored of your image because you're changing every 6 months but at the same time it's long enough to give your hair a break from the blonde to save the condition!

I'm red at the minute did it at the weekend! We're so similar lol. It has faded already after 4 washes from a browney-red to a browney-orange and now I just look like ginger is my natural colour.. I wouldn't recommened it - it takes so much work to actually keep it RED!

Maybe ask if you go to the hairdressers for a more hair friendly one? haha if that exists!

Yeah I know what you mean. My natural hair colour is a mousy kinda blondy brown ergh! So colour it the darkest brown now, fecking annoying though My parents and brothers have that dark hair....why haven't I?!
