I really worry that I should have taken a maths or science subject for A Level. I am studying History, English Lit, French and Religious Studies (Philosophy & Ethics). I really, really want to get into a good university. Do you think some will look down on me because I have just taken artsy subjects?

No, they're all highly regarded by universities. You'll be stuffed if you try to apply for a sciencey course though, lol.

well i assume you'll be wanting to apply for an arts degree. so taking a science wouldnt have made much sense.

your choices are all on this list. http://www.trin.cam.ac.uk/index.php?pageid=604
    so yeh they'll do fine

Your choices are fine for an artsy sort of degree, History and English Lit are highly regarded at most places.

You will be fine. Assuming you don't want to do Math/Physics/Economics etc.

    I only did Arts/Social sciences.

They are great, as long as you don't want to do a science degree, which I am presuming you don't!

Good. I will most probably do history at university. I was just worrying that people with a maths or science A level will be more favoured.
