    Can i check if I answered this correctly.

    A questions asks for you to complete and balance half equations that involve reduction..

    the question is: H plus (aq) >>H2 (g)

    I answered H plus (aq) + e >> H2 (g)

    Sorry for the terrible presentation =/ but is my method correct?

    H+(aq) ---> H2(g)

    H+(aq) [+] 2e- ---> H2(g)
    Should be a 2 in front of the H+.
    Otherwise, you can do

    H+(aq) + e- ----> 1/2 H2(g)
