I always feel tired, sluggish and like I can't be arsed to do much at all. I yawn all the time. I rarely can focus or concentrate on something because I am always so tired, but my sleep isn't that great when I do get it.
I drink lots of water, but I suppose my diet's a bit hit and miss. What are the essential meals you eat that keep you energised? I live off of cereal, oven cooked burgers, bread, and takeaways most days. Also I don't have a structured exercise plan (don't lift weights) but I walk a lot and I'm quite skinny.
Another thing, my eyes always feel tired, and like they are being strained to stay open. I have dark circles around them, and they sometimes get watery randomly during the day.
Any idea on why this could be or how to beat it? I had a blood test two summers ago which said I wasn't anaemic. I'm scheduled for another one soon, but is there anything people can recommend on how to feel more awake all the time, because I have lots coming up so I need to sort out my metabolism and be able to concentrate and stay busy without feeling knackered. Thanks.
