I've pretty much finished filling in my student finance application but I have a pretty big problem...

My account number starts with a 0, and when I save the form it simply deletes the 0 so my account number shows as having seven digits rather than eight! What do I do?

    I'm gonna call them tomorrow.

You don't need to phone them, it's fine! The 00's aren't necessary-I'm not actually sure why they're there, but companies usually remove the first and sometimes second 0 in the account number anyway as it's only the last 6 that are the identifiers. Everyone's form probably does it. I can't remember off the top of my head if mine did, but now it's been processed my form only shows the last 6 numbers.
