    I'm no expert but 1g per lb of bodyweight is most accepted amount I believe.

    1.5g per pound of bodyweight, NOTHING LESS. Eat like a beast, growth is gradual so even if you're clocking in 400g of protein per day you wont turn into Arnold overnight.

    u want around 150-180g of protein a day, but don't forget about getting some high quality carbs in there (oats,wholemeal bread etc), aswell as a multivitamin in the morning. i would try to eat eggs in the morning, some tuna or chicken for lunch, and have a couple of small meals like that and maybe some steak for supper. get a protein shake it will taste like crap but it does make getting protein a lot easier.
