Interesting weight seems to be much more of an issue for females than males?

I'm underweight and currently trying to gain weight. I've been eating bigger portions, as well as lots of cheese. It's not working, though

Yes, most of the time. Although, I have days where I want to gain weight and sometimes I want to lose it. I think the media obsession with weight creates a lot of distortion.

Have you just realised that? Females 'should' be skinny and all, whilst men 'should' be muscular (hence not skinny)...

    **** no

i'm 8.5 stone, which is .5 stone more than i'm happy with tbh
diet starts monday though (//new exercise regime which I hadn't kept up with during my exams :yy:)

but your poll doesn't match the thread title: yes i'm at a healthy weight/size for my height but i'm not happy with it.

And yet my friend who is teeny tiny and I would love to have her figure wants to put on weight and said she'd happily swap her legs for mine

I think it's hard to be completely content with yourself as you'll always find faults, i'm jealous of those who are happy though.

Size 10. However, I think i'd be healthy between the range of 8 to 12.

I just need to tone up a few areas, can i be bothered to ... no if i'm honest.

I'm not desperately unhappy with my size, as I know that I'm not really overweight and I look fine in my clothes, but I would definitely be happier if I was half a stone lighter and had more toned thighs/bum. I really don't mind being a size 10/12 though
