Air popped popcorn is good, then there's homous, cherry tomatoes, orange slices and frozen mango. Sunflower seeds are supposedly good but to me they taste inedible

i'd say unsalted seeds and nuts - check out your supermarket, you can buy loads of different mixes.

I snack on fruit. If I want something sweet, I eat grapes or strawberries

Rice crackers are actually quite low in salt - spread 'em with some peanut butter though, as they're not amazing on their own, and add a boiled egg and some salad on top if you want to make it more meal-like.

Cereal bars - Alpen ones are 70 calories, Special K under 90. Special K are nicer, Alpen are a bit meh.

Carrots, celery, apples, pears, grapes, raisins.

Small handfuls of nuts, wholegrain cereals.

Low-calorie biscuits, eg. almond thins, Rich Teas, caramelized biscuits.

Peppermint tea, water, to fill you up!
