I want to do a postgrad degree in journalism but I really want to go to a university in London due to finance/accomadation/ various other things.

Kingston and Brunel are the only NCTJ accredited course in London but I have hear so many bad things about them? Are they really that bad?

Kingston I don't know but I am really happy at Brunel, there are always going to be some people at every uni who are disappointed, the best way to know is to come and see it for yourself at one of the open days.
It's about 47 in the league tables...which isn't bad at all.

As I said in the other thread:

"I'm doing my degree in International Politics and frankly the teaching in my dept at least is absolutely brilliant - the lecturers are genuinely interested and very approachable.

Uxbridge itself is not amazing, but there's nothing actually bad about it. It's a safe area, good shops etc. It's just not very inspiring."
