im pretty much the shape shape as you, and only 5 foot too, and i was a county level sprinter for 5 years.. so going by that i'd say you were more suited for sprinting, but obviously its down to the individual.
try them all out, you'll pretty easily tell if your not made for long distance--if you want to collapse after 2 minutes of straight running then your definately a sprinter/middle distance runner

How'd you figure that? Running (esp. high intensity stuff like sprinting) makes bums firm and tasty!
thats if you have a small ass, imo. My friend got form no ass to some ass-ish from running whilst me and my sister get flatter from running (which is a good thing!)

saggy is the wrong word i guess...

Sprinting I would say you sound quite stong and poweful. 9 pull ups is good going! I can barely manage one.

    "you're hot" etc.

And from a picture we can't tell much. Go out and try different distances, measure your performance. Most importantly, do the one you enjoy the most (which might not be the same as the one you're best at right away).

    Middle distance :dontknow:

Go for some runs/jogs/sprints and see what you're best at, or get yourself down to an athletics club.
