Most medicine applicants choose biology, chemistry, physics and maths.
However, biology and chemistry are the two main ones you need. You can choose any other two. What subjects do you prefer? What subjects are you best at?
    Choose something you'll enjoy.

Maths, Biology, Chemistry and something else. Doing a writing subject as your fourth apparently can help by showing you have a variety of skills and knowledge.

Physics is your strongest science yet you struggle at maths. This never ceases to amaze me. If your taking physics without maths then youll have to do some extra maths classes.

Even if you struggle at maths, it is certainly worthwile to consider because it is one of the most, if not the most, widely requested subject from universities.
