    Hey
    does anyone know where i can find any 3D molecule building freeware,
    i found this site,

    ArgusLab

    but the site is bugged and i can't download it :/

    i don't need anything sophisticated, just basic stuff will do
    or if no freeware, any online programs?

    The free one my uni recommended to us was Ghemical - http://www.uku.fi/~thassine/projects/ghemical/ which is fine for basic visualisation of molecules.

    There's also another free one I think they're using now called Avogadro - http://avogadro.openmolecules.net/wiki/Main_Page but I've not tried it myself.

    I know you're looking for a builder, but if you were ever looking for a visualiser, then Pymol is definitely the way to go.
