    ALWAYS lift heavy

Eat pretty cleanly, train hard with compound weights and possibly throw in some HIIT training (or include it in weights somehow - strongman style).
You will have a gradual progression, probably drop a bit of weight to start with then stabalize and not move much, but your constitutuion will be changing gradually.

Adonis and powerlifter have said all that needs to be said really. Ignore any other **** who chats ****.

Eat clean and do weights is the important part, don't do random distance running.

I say eat a couple hundred or so below maintinance, lift heavy 3 x a week and do HIIT cardio 2 x week. You could also throw in 10mins or so of low intensity cardio after 2 of your weight lifting sessions.

like what everyone have said so far.

Also, jump on starting strength but maybe throw in some hiit like others have said. I think cycling would be good for you on that front.

It's strange that these threads get treated differently to the girls who post pictures wondering if they're fat.

Here's something refreshing for you OP-
"You're fine the way you are."

Not exactly helpful, but something to think about, I hope.

I reckon OP is happy with the advice he's been given, he said objective and not only have people given their actual opinions but they've also given informed advice about how he should go about changing his bulk to his own advantage.
