i find tea tree facial washes and roll on oil helps get rid of them, but it dont always prevent them from appearing. Experimentation is the best way to go, dont go for brand names, try cheap alternatives, t-zone is pretty good, not sure about the price the roll on oil lasts for ages.

You can always try neutrogena; that works pretty good for me!

Tea tree rules, dab some oil on a cotton wool bud then rub it on the spot. And T-Zone pore strips for your face and nose help unblock your pores before you even get spots which helps.

Or even gets some pills from the doctor?

Go to the Lush! shop and buy either Mask of Magaminty or Ocean Salt. Preferably both. I have the worst spots imaginable and they work wonders. Good luck!
If u have a bit of spare cash, pop into ur local selfridges and look for REN products, they are superb.

Have a range of facewashes for different skin types (they will give you a free consultation) and good moisturisers.

Alternatively, pop over to http://www.beautyexpert.co.uk/ and look at the products they have on offer, buy one of the travel packs:

And you can see if they suit your skin, the one above is for normal skin though
I have this Tee Tree Oil fash wash, which helps keep your pores clean and alternatively will mean LESS spots, but they wont totally go. Also Clearsil products are rubbish, your better off getting some stuff from your doc, or try this cream called Freederm, which is good.
if they are really that bad the doc can prescribe this stuff called roaccutane which is unbelievably toxic but works wonders. it makes ur sebum glands smaller so there is less chance of blockage due to less sebum.

ok firstly use toothpaste....put it on the spot and leave it overnight....next morning use 2 cotton buds dipped in an antiseptic - savlon, or cooled boiled water with salt mixture and use the cotton buds to squeeze the spot

to keep your skin spot free use a facial scrub at least twice a week (I make my own from sugar and fruit juice....usually strawberry or kiwi) and use a facial toner....clinque has a brilliant range of toners and lastly if you do have quite oily skin....moisturise with an oil-free solution..... xoxo
If you do have oily skin, do moisturise, just get one that is oil-free.
