    Hi,

I'm posting on here for a friend who has a CSM portfolio review on Wednesday this week. She was just wondering what this entails and also what happens once you get there.
Also, any tips or advice at all would be extremely helpful as it's her first art interview and it sounds fairly complex.

Ps: It's for the foundation course which you apply to straight after A-levels.

I haven't been to CSM, but I'm guessing bring final pieces with sketchbooks that back up the exploration of ideas to create the work. When I went to my foundation interview at Northampton I brought all my A level work and was only asked for me to talk about my favourite piece of work, but I did so by showing my development through showing them sketchbooks. At CSM they could ask stuff about how you've been inspired, any recent exhibitons you've been too, explain your thoughts and processes behind your work e.t.c. I wish good luck to your friend.
