The point of extra-curricular activities is really to show that you are actually a real person, not just an exam-passing machine, and you haven't totally dedicated your life to studying non-stop and will bring some benefits to the university. So, anything really. You could just talk about your favourite books and films, especially if you have something interesting to say about them or they're a bit unusual. Alternatively (or in addition), maybe get some volunteering work (makes you look like a nice, useful member of society) or something. Mention things you've done in the past - competitions your school got you to enter, for example. You don't have to lie to get into university (unless you're Jeffrey Archer, but that doesn't apply to most people), just further your interests. It doesn't particularly matter whether they're related to History in any way, as they're supposed to be extra-curricular.
